After the success of the UK Fresh 86 concerts, Morgan Khan attempted to put on similar events in both 1987 and 1988. It appears the planning for UK Fresh 87 never really got started as there was little reported in the media, the Street Sounds record label also had financial issues at the time which were sure to have had an effect.

UK Fresh 88

However, in 1988 a very real attempt was made to put on UK Fresh 88, it was planned for August 8th at the West London Stadium in Shepherds Bush. A line up of artists were confirmed and tickets were sold but at the last minute the event was cancelled, below are various articles featuring the announcement and cancellation of the event.
